This project focused on transitioning and optimizing friDay Video's data collection and analytics system to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), amidst the sunset of Google Analytics.

My role as the lead product designer involved overseeing the GA4 transition, developing clear documentation, and ensuring team members were effectively trained in these new tools.
