friDay Video

friDay Video is a large video streaming platform in Taiwan with 500k members and 5.7 million monthly visitors. In addition, I am the primary product designer for this product.

I was responsible for the transition to GA4, creating clear documentation for data collection and analysis, and training team members in the effective use of these tools to ensure a comprehensive understanding across various departments.

GA4 Setup and Limitations Management

In setting up GA4 for daily tracking, mindful of our budget constraints and not opting for a paid version, I must be cautious about its limitations. This includes being aware of the cap of 500 event names and only 50 parameters, with the added restriction that once set, these cannot be easily modified or cancelled.
