BACKGROUND

About Project

I have hosted several workshops for Google WTM and Google GDG, focusing on collaborative product development between designers and developers. Recognizing that in Taiwan, designers and developers often don't work directly together but instead coordinate through project managers, we sought to change this dynamic.
01 | Role & Deliverables

Project Host & Mentor

Deliverables included a user-friendly, impactful website for I-Life and mentorship for team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional portfolios.

02 | Challenges

Managing Diverse Teams & Limited Resources

This project included coordinating a team with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience and managing the project with limited time and resources.

03 | Project goal

Gaining Real Insights

Exposing participants to genuine feedback from real-world users and providing valuable insights and learning experiences is essential.

04 | Constraints

Balancing Functionality and Cost for Non-Profit Needs

The challenge lay in balancing cost-effectiveness with functionality, ensuring the website was both user-friendly and sustainable for the organization to operate independently.
